Area of Professional Interest
Professor Kuehn teaches courses in the areas of anatomy and physiology of the speech mechanism, speech science, orofacial

Professor Kuehn’s research interests include speech anatomy and physiology and cleft palate, with a specific emphasis on the
anatomy and physiology of the velopharyngeal region.
