Dr. Pam Hadley named a Fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

Dr. Pam Hadley was named a Fellow of the Association at the annual conference of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in November. Fellowship is one of the highest honors ASHA awards and recognizes outstanding contributions to the discipline of communication sciences and disorders. Dr. Hadley’s teaching and research focuses on language development and disorders in early childhood. She has made significant contributions to knowledge about specific language impairment, a high incidence condition characterized by extraordinary difficulty with language acquisition in the presence of otherwise typical development.
